Three bathrooms later (plus some extra bits of plumbing downstairs) and we can’t rate Carl highly enough. It’s a big thing to have someone in your house Mon-Fri for nearly 7 weeks. Carl is such a nice bloke, friendly and unassuming. It was a pleasure to have him around and his craftsmanship is stunning. He was always patient and steered us in the right direction away from our crazy Pinterest in spored ideas, getting us back on track for what would actually look best in the room.

Carl is a great guy – very professional and knowledgable. Right from the start when he came to quote for the work (family bathroom and 2 x en-suites) he had good ideas and we felt in safe hands. His quote was extremely reasonable and proved to be accurate.
He kept us informed of his availability to start the work and even came for a further visit beforehand to help us decide the sizes of things to order (shower trays, screens etc).
